剛出爐的合桃蛋糕(自發粉配方)+成功的蜂蜜蛋糕



今日返night,返工前有時間整野,所以尋晚諗緊整咩野食好,諗起自己之前plan左星期五整合核蛋糕,但因為post唔倒相,攪左好耐,所以唔夠時間整,所以冇整到,而尋晚回應芝c喵喵,話搵野食同佢今日交換...我依家整好左啦..你快0的入黎啦....呵呵 另外,個合核蛋糕,我係用adaw0既recipe,但尋晚問左佢,用自發份代替低粉得唔得,原來佢都未試過用自發粉做,所以我都做左試驗啦(因為屋企有5盒自發粉,唔想留咁多0係度)..焗出黎,就咁睇就差唔多,但食...就仲未知.....呵呵.....
另外,個蜂蜜蛋糕,今次成功啦,個邊冇下陷啦..幾靚..不過我諗我唔應該用1/4份量,應該用1/3,咁會高0的、靚0的、大件0的.....呵呵...........

做我同事同家人要做白老鼠...好慘架.哈哈......
0的合桃,我0係雜貨鋪買,用前用水洗洗,然後用紙抹乾,如果果0係蛋糕入面的話,我會用焗爐150度焗10-15分鐘,然後整碎佢放入蛋糕漿入面...而面果0的,我就唔會焗佢,焗蛋糕前放上蛋糕漿上,焗蛋糕時焗埋.....
