~~成功 vs 失敗~~

















除左cookies.....;蜂蜜蛋糕都係我經常研究0既食物...之前整過好幾次..次次都冇問題..唔知點解..唸兩次好似人地話咁..."回塘"...連續兩次都唔太成功....個蛋糕皮同蛋糕之間有一層好濕好黏0既野...雪下佢又冇咁濕.....除左果part..整個蛋糕都冇問題..口感都依然好好...呀...天呀....發生咩野事呀....唔通係蜂蜜問題?因為我之前用開0既蜂蜜用哂...係超市買左一樽起沙0既冬蜜....呀..唔知呀...點解架......我要繼續努力...

個蛋糕我係用自製紙模焗架....唔係用木模..而recipe..你用貓網小牛0既recipe..你去主網睇睇丫..
至於如果你真係想買木模..你去朝日廚房個網度睇睇丫...

睇完相,照我估計,應該係蜜糖既沉澱物,你係咪用冬蜜呢?因為起沙始終都未係清澈,即使攪勻後,但係蛋糕焗起後,沉澱物又會出現返,不如再去買以前用開既蜂蜜再試試,看看效果如何:)

係呀..我係用冬蜜架...咁我下次試下用百花蜜啦...我之前用果0的..係荔枝蜜..而且係陳年架..用哂...冇架啦.....~.~"
