~~自製紙模焗的義美蜂蜜蛋糕~~












其實之前0係貓網已經有貓友話可以自製紙模去焗蛋糕.....好處係可以為自己個焗爐度身訂造出一個岩佢0既焗爐...其實之前都為左整卷卷....整左一個紙盆..但我整得比較矮身...所以用唔倒黎整蜂蜜蛋糕....由於仲有紙剩..加上小牛0既鼓勵..所以尋日終於整左個紙模啦...yeah....
個紙模係23cmx23cmx8cm..剛哂小牛recipe內的份量...鋪左4層紙.....各材料混合0既時間同recipe亦一樣.....整好之後..倒入個模....hehe..媽咪見倒覺得好奇怪..問我:吓﹗乜紙都可入焗爐咩..唔驚燒著丫....我話佢知冇事0既..佢就笑笑口...呵呵...
而焗0既溫度..我就調較過..用190度焗10分鐘、之後用170度焗35分鐘(焗到25分鐘,我0係個鐵架底(唔係個模底)放一個焗盆...隔一隔0的溫度..等個底冇咁"火農")、最後用140度焗8分鐘出黎效果ok...不過個邊都係有少少縮同埋較"火農"..我諗下次可以試下鋪多幾層紙係圍邊..因為今次邊邊得兩層紙.....下次都係唔可以懶...hehe...
焗完次後...好趕咁拎左1/3比同事...之後就pack好佢.....後來媽咪打電話比我話想拎0的比同事試...由於佢今日0係屋企附近聽talk...所以佢聽完之後..我就送左外賣比佢..呵呵....佢放工後話0的同事見倒0的蛋糕後即刻搶..食完之後話好味...hehe....今次都幾成功啦....

我真係好開心呀!見到你整得咁成功,我成日都擔心個食譜係咪有問題因為好多貓友都話整唔到,宜家見你發揚光大咁成功,我好感動呢:)
一般貓友話蛋糕下沉,想問下你在打發時又甚麼要注意呢?
因為你整得好靚呀!真係可以拿去賣:)

多謝你呀.....我整得成功其實都要多謝adaw....之前見佢同bees成日整蜂蜜蛋糕..攪到我開始心動..用金屬模整過一次..個邊當然唔靚啦...而且介有沈底...後來問左adaw..佢話應該係加左牛油之後攪得唔夠...我加完牛油...用慢斗速得多2分鐘..之後焗就冇試過沈底啦....^.^

I also made paper trays to bake my previous two Swiss Rolls. The first time I used, I was quite worried, I stood watch at the oven. Everything came out fine and when I used it the second time, I told myself that paper trays would be the way to go next time. *lol*
