為爸爸而整的糯米池+不太漂亮的椰汁千層糕











今日因為感冒..而且唔想返工..所以就請左一日"病假"(調轉黎讀就係我今日放假0既真正原因.......呵呵............)留左0係屋企做自己野......記得上次整左0的皮薄0既糯米池.....放左0的係屋企比爸爸食....放工返屋企..問佢好唔好食...佢話唔好食...聽左之後好hurt.....但再聽佢講原因===>爸爸:都唔係花生餡﹗外面又有椰絲.....糯米池邊度係咁架.....聽左之後....即刻"O "左個咀........所以今日唔憤氣..整左沙糖花生芝麻餡糯米池比佢..出面用熟糯米粉..唔用椰絲...睇佢今日有咩野講..哈哈....
頭先佢放左工,我見佢搵野食..就比左0的糯米池佢試......我問佢好唔好食...佢一邊食..一邊笑住咁話唔好食.....話唔夠餡....冇鄉下果0的咁又好......哈哈....聽完之後因為要出去...所以就冇問佢.......剛返到屋企........見倒個盒入面剩番4個糯米池(原先好似有10個)..呵呵.....爸爸食左...呵呵...次次佢都會話我整0的野唔好食......但如果0的野剩番少..即係佢口硬唔講真話........好食都話唔好食......佢厄我唔倒..呵呵.....所以我有信心...0的糯米池應該唔差....哈哈.....
另外我仲整左印尼椰汁千層糕.......不過冇上次整得咁靚......呀...未必次次都可以保持水準..唔得..我要練多0的啦...哈哈.....

SORRY呀.....我冇咩野量到用左幾多花生.....我諗大約半個飯碗倒啦.....
糖就大約....3-4湯匙....視乎自己喜好.......白芝麻白獲炒香2湯匙.......
花生我係0係雜貨店買剝殼之後可以即刻食果0的......好似萬里望花生果0的.....剝哂殼之後就壓碎佢..再用白獲炒香....放涼之後就將糖同芝麻混埋一齊..咁就可以用架
希望可以幫倒你丫...
