~~唔知夠"薑"定唔"芝"呢...邊個又說謊呀.....~~












呢排個人成日都有奇想.....成日都想整一0的新奇0既野.....估唔到連男朋友都係咁....諗到一0的特別0既雪芳口味..叫我試下試.....前幾日...佢已經叫我試下整薑味0既雪芳蛋糕..但上次整蛋糕...因為想試下栗子同紅豆綠茶口味..所以冇試到....今日..終於的起心肝整下啦.....不過因為男朋友唔食得太辣..所以唔可以放太多薑汁....同埋放左0的蜂蜜入去....但較好味之後...覺得薑味都好似唔多夠..所以放左0的薑末落去...薑味多0的...但我自己就覺得好似都係唔係好夠.....不過我諗男朋友應該覺得ok..hehe... 另外..就試下自己0既奇想..亦都係之前有一位貓友Nanabakery提議0既口味-芝士味..雖然整出黎好軟...但芝士味都係好似唔夠濃..下次再改良下.....hehe.... 焗完..切好件之後..發現佢地0既外表係一樣架..哈哈....唔知大家分唔分倒呢?哈哈

~~不太成功的作品...~~













尋日放假啦....一心諗住試下整0的自己未整過0既雪芳口味..但整出黎...好似唔係好成功....先黎試下整栗子雪芳.....焗0既時候覺得佢發得冇平時0既雪芳咁高.....出焗出黎同事試味話好滑好軟...味道很好...但我自己就唔係咁滿意....覺得佢唔夠軟..唔夠鬆.....之後又整左綠茶紅豆...但呢個就更實..呀......唔多開心呀....下次耍再研究下先....... 另外..因為開左罐紅豆....唔想浪費...所以又試下研究上次話唔夠彈0既椰汁糕..上次杠 過馬豆..又杠 過黑芝麻....今次就整左紅豆....hehe....今朝起身切左黎試味啦....今次夠彈啦...不過個面整得唔夠靚..下次再整靚0的先.... 同場加映..因為之前post唔倒相上黎...所以依家補番我之前幾日整過0既芝麻椰汁糕出黎..hehe..

~~一日整左5樣野..但只想影3樣...~~












之前應承左男朋友,話會再整一0的有古古力味0既雪芳蛋糕比佢食...所以星期六起身.....就諗住整古古力雪芳....點知打開雪櫃,發現舊cream cheese好似開始有0的異樣..所以就用哂佢..整左一個8"日式芝士蛋糕比同事食....今次..hehe..都好滿意呀...焗得好靚....yeah.... 之後整古古力雪芳..今次用左15g可可粉....古古力味一睇就知比上次濃..但焗0既時間有0的擔心...驚自己得得唔夠軟...一邊焗...一邊擔心.....好彩出黎都好軟..yeah..好開心呀...hehe...見倒兩樣野都焗得咁靚(哈哈..自己讚自己)越個焗爐..越黎越有感情......已經冇乜換左佢0既念頭..哈哈.. 之後返office...同事又話想整蛋糕蛋糕.....所以晚上食完飯就"開工"...yeah.....不過焗出黎.....個樣好靚...味道都ok..不過好韌..唔似出面0既蛋白蛋糕咁軟....所以唔多滿意....所以冇咩野心機影啦..... 之後另一位同事話想整左蜂蜜雪芳....所以又再啦....不過個爐唔知點解唔多平均..焗得唔多靚..唉..見倒咁..又唁開心啦.....所以又冇影相..... 睇睇下..唔多甘心..所以唔理啦..試下新野...傻更更咁去試整之前提過0既椰汁班蘭雪芳蛋糕..哈哈.....今次好開心呀......個雪芳好平均....切出黎試味....軟度都不錯不過我覺得椰汁味同班蘭味.......唔夠.....但同事試左話夠味...等我再研究下先..hehe.....

~~好眼訓下整0既作品....~~













今日放假.....但一早7點幾有人打比我..叫我出去....所以12點幾返左屋企之後..今日個人其實好眼訓...好疲倦......不過由於前日磅好哂材料預備整牛油合桃蛋糕....但因為掛住整雪芳蛋糕..所以整唔切....攪到0的材料0係哂度....所以決定今日整埋佢..但用左一個細0的0既模..所以個份量裝唔哂..諗左一陣...拎左個妯批模同一個紙杯出黎....剛剛好裝哂....hehe....之後....因為男朋友喜歡食蜂蜜雪芳蛋糕..所以今日整完合桃蛋糕之後,....就整埋蜂蜜雪芳蛋糕...hehe...今日雖然精神唔多好..但反而整出黎0既野食..都幾好..hehe

~~與同事一起做日式芝士蛋糕比佢囝囝..~~



尋日整左一個生日雪芳比同事0既老公同囝囝..諗住佢地兩倨壽星一齊切..點知同事老公返工前切左....冇等囝囝一齊切...所以..見今日朝早放工...諗住睇下同事今日放工後仲虐唔虐整日式芝士蛋糕...同事聽左後話想整..所以今日幫人補完習..就上左同事屋企同佢一齊整... 但過程0的唔係好順利....先發現同事家0既磅係每格20g...好難睇..要靠佑....之後又發現同事舊cheese有變冰0既情況...不過好彩...當佢同0的努一齊隔水座時...冇哂粒粒....咁都好0的.....之後將0的蛋白霜同0的芝士mix時..我比同事mix....佢起初攪得比較大力...所以蛋白0既空氣有少少消失..不過後尾提左佢..咁又ok..到入爐.....個蛋糕入左5分鐘..我見佢都冇咩野反應..跟住先發現原來個爐冇開上發熱線..所以開番佢...但又發現佢上發熱線溫度好高....開左一陣個蛋糕面就即刻上哂色..所以放左錫紙面.....而且有0的擔心...所以我部左0係舍爐前面睇住個蛋糕..起初見佢好似唔識發...不過好彩..佢最後都發得唔錯...... 但由於自己趕時間...所以心急左....個蛋糕未涼我就好快幫佢脫模...所以唔係好靚..不過之後聽同事講番...個蛋糕涼左之後縮左少少......成個靚左好多..咁都好0的....

~~生日雪芳蛋糕...~~



同事0既囝囝同老公生日....同事話想我教佢整日式芝士蛋糕同蜂蜜雪芳蛋糕比佢地做生日蛋糕....但由於今日佢有野做..而我今日要返night,所以我只好幫佢整住先...第日先再教佢整......但尋晚..佢打比我..話唔使整...佢第日先同囝囝同老公慶祝生日..叫我唔需要整....但我已買左士多啤梨..準備裝飾兩個蛋糕....佢聽倒之後..問囝囝....佢囝囝話想食原味雪芳蛋糕.....所以...我今日就整左一原味雪芳...但...今日可能唔夠訓....焗到失準.....個底有少少"火農".....個邊又巢..呀....好唔靚呀....見倒個蛋糕...都唔知比咩野反應自己.....打比同事..問佢轉食日式cheese cake好唔好...佢話唔緊要..叫我唔好再整....唔好攪到自己咁辛苦.....但我又唔甘心..所以再焗多一次...今次好靚...但自己多手..放涼時想移佢....就係咁..比我整爛左...呀....天呀...我即時呆左...唯有努力咁繼續deocorate第一個蛋糕....deocorate完...始終都係唔好滿意..有0的唔開心.....

~~芒果同樂日...繼續試新野...~~












前幾日見倒0的芒果好平...好所忍唔住買左一份..$10有5個..好低呀....放左0係雪櫃幾日....都唔知整咩野好.....今日打開雪櫃..終於的起心肝.....整左芒果布甸...hehe......由於起左肉....舊芒果心仲有好多肉.....所以就渣左0的汁出黎....放左0係一邊....諗住放埋去整布甸.....但起哂肉..之後有0的奇想...就係用0的汁黎試下整雪芳....哈哈..... 整完芒果布甸...就起手整芒果雪芳.....用亞貓原味雪芳0既recipe..將奶轉用芒果汁..再加左一茶匙芒果香油......出黎都好軟...但就冇咩野芒果味......下次再研究過先...hehe....

~~物盡其用......~~


今日又"病假".....留左0係屋企....邊度都唔想去....咩野都唔多想做....但發現....整得野食多.....打開雪櫃..發現樣樣都用剩0的........同埋之前買左兩杯藍梅乳酪..所以唔理啦..用埋佢.....自己傻傻下咁將0的野mix埋一齊..先溶左1.5湯匙0既魚膠粉.....用左兩杯藍梅乳酪、100ml淡忌廉打企身、一100ml鮮奶....同埋唔知多g...將1.5湯匙0的藍梅醬....加左3湯匙糖....mix埋一齊......最後加埋魚膠水..整左一兜唔知咩野名堂0既野....食落似mousses....味道唔錯....如果魚膠粉多少少會仲正..哈哈.....

~~兩日以來都食點心.....好開心呀....呵呵...~~













hehe....前日...終於買倒燒賣皮啦.....所以尋日終於整左我至愛0既燒賣啦..yeah......雖然整得唔係咁靚..但就好好食呀..0的同事個個都爭住要食....好開心呀....之前我成日都好擔心整咸點..要自己調味...呢個係我0既弱點..我好驚調味....好驚整得太咸...或者唔好食...不過尋日自己整0既燒賣...連自己都好滿意..見同事食得咁開心.....我自己都好滿足..yeah..... 另外..有同事話叫我試驗整蛋白蛋糕....焗出黎都ok...不過就唔係好夠鬆..可能始終唔係0係自己屋企整..個焗又唔同..所以掌握得唔係咁好..下次再試下先.... 至於今日..因為尋日已經prepare0的蝦去再戰蝦餃...但尋日唔夠時間....所以整唔倒....而今日其實個人唔係咁舒服..但....頭先返到屋企....發現用膠盒裝起0既蝦..個蓋被打開左..呀...迫住整埋佢....不過今次都算成功..個皮整得好薄..0的蝦係自己調味架....頭先蒸起左..試左一粒...味道唔錯......希望下次再整好0的先...蒸完之後..發現部相機借左比人..呀..唯有用手提影啦...影得唔係咁好..有0的美中不足啦

~~與他人合力之作..yeah...~~












星期日細佬話想整cookies比人....問我星期日返工返幾多點......原先係返1:30pm..但我調左更..返10:00am.....但見佢想整...所以今早就6:50am起身..同佢一齊整...整完先返工.....hehe...過程好順利啦.....因為佢之前(n年前,聽聞係最後一屆)有讀過西餅烘焗果程.....所以對0的步驟唔會陌生啦....hehe.....只係用唧槍用得唔係好慣...坦白講..我都用左唔係好多次..所以我都唔見得好好啦....hehe....焗0既時候..佢就有0的緊張.....驚0的cookies"火農"....不過好彩..冇咩野事..係其中一盆..佢因為掛住同我講野...所以焗到黑左少少..哈哈.....佢即時唔開心...話見到0的黑人曲奇覺得好樣衰......我叫佢食左佢..佢又話唔好..哈哈....0的曲奇....0係我返工之前整好哂..yeah..... 之後我返工......星期日午餐係冬菇碎肉銀針粉...同同事傾開話自己同男朋友包左0的餃子...同事聽完次後...就話要包餃子..用左今日我地午餐0既材料去包..仲買左中芹、莞茜、津白去包.......hehe...有兩位同事唔識包架..我又做教佢地包果個...但我0既手法唔多正宗...攪到佢地學唔倒..哈哈......不過個餡真係好香..好好食呀...hehe....

~~食完會敏感0既食物+生日結婚tiramisu~~













前日返夜班...同同事0係度整蝦餃.....點知個皮整左幾次..第一次整..個皮好硬..第二次整...個皮ok.....不過就好厚.....第三、第四次整.....成唔倒個糰...第五次又得左....hehe.....不過個皮都仲好厚.....呀......唔夠lazy cat整得咁皮薄餡靚...lazy cat.....我呼換你呀....你教我整呀........ 因為整成左0既時候試味......食左唔知幾次隻..第二日起物身.....成對腳出左紅點.....應該就係敏感啦..hehe.....不過好彩...0的地方就唔癢.......hehe..... 另外...之前有朋友要求我替佢0既朋友整一個生日蛋糕....而佢朋友呢個星期六就結婚啦....所以我就為佢整左個生日tiramisu....有哂兩個意義..hehe.....
另外仲因為之前同事夾錢整野.....用剩左0的錢..所以比左我....叫我用黎買野整野食...所以就用黎整左糯米池...先用左Elvira Chan之前替我買0冒豆沙..之後就自己整狙芝麻餡,.....整左30幾隻....等個個都有得食....
