~~唔知夠"薑"定唔"芝"呢...邊個又說謊呀.....~~
呢排個人成日都有奇想.....成日都想整一0的新奇0既野.....估唔到連男朋友都係咁....諗到一0的特別0既雪芳口味..叫我試下試.....前幾日...佢已經叫我試下整薑味0既雪芳蛋糕..但上次整蛋糕...因為想試下栗子同紅豆綠茶口味..所以冇試到....今日..終於的起心肝整下啦.....不過因為男朋友唔食得太辣..所以唔可以放太多薑汁....同埋放左0的蜂蜜入去....但較好味之後...覺得薑味都好似唔多夠..所以放左0的薑末落去...薑味多0的...但我自己就覺得好似都係唔係好夠.....不過我諗男朋友應該覺得ok..hehe... 另外..就試下自己0既奇想..亦都係之前有一位貓友Nanabakery提議0既口味-芝士味..雖然整出黎好軟...但芝士味都係好似唔夠濃..下次再改良下.....hehe.... 焗完..切好件之後..發現佢地0既外表係一樣架..哈哈....唔知大家分唔分倒呢?哈哈
~~一日整左5樣野..但只想影3樣...~~
之前應承左男朋友,話會再整一0的有古古力味0既雪芳蛋糕比佢食...所以星期六起身.....就諗住整古古力雪芳....點知打開雪櫃,發現舊cream cheese好似開始有0的異樣..所以就用哂佢..整左一個8"日式芝士蛋糕比同事食....今次..hehe..都好滿意呀...焗得好靚....yeah.... 之後整古古力雪芳..今次用左15g可可粉....古古力味一睇就知比上次濃..但焗0既時間有0的擔心...驚自己得得唔夠軟...一邊焗...一邊擔心.....好彩出黎都好軟..yeah..好開心呀...hehe...見倒兩樣野都焗得咁靚(哈哈..自己讚自己)越個焗爐..越黎越有感情......已經冇乜換左佢0既念頭..哈哈.. 之後返office...同事又話想整蛋糕蛋糕.....所以晚上食完飯就"開工"...yeah.....不過焗出黎.....個樣好靚...味道都ok..不過好韌..唔似出面0既蛋白蛋糕咁軟....所以唔多滿意....所以冇咩野心機影啦..... 之後另一位同事話想整左蜂蜜雪芳....所以又再啦....不過個爐唔知點解唔多平均..焗得唔多靚..唉..見倒咁..又唁開心啦.....所以又冇影相..... 睇睇下..唔多甘心..所以唔理啦..試下新野...傻更更咁去試整之前提過0既椰汁班蘭雪芳蛋糕..哈哈.....今次好開心呀......個雪芳好平均....切出黎試味....軟度都不錯不過我覺得椰汁味同班蘭味.......唔夠.....但同事試左話夠味...等我再研究下先..hehe.....
~~與同事一起做日式芝士蛋糕比佢囝囝..~~
尋日整左一個生日雪芳比同事0既老公同囝囝..諗住佢地兩倨壽星一齊切..點知同事老公返工前切左....冇等囝囝一齊切...所以..見今日朝早放工...諗住睇下同事今日放工後仲虐唔虐整日式芝士蛋糕...同事聽左後話想整..所以今日幫人補完習..就上左同事屋企同佢一齊整... 但過程0的唔係好順利....先發現同事家0既磅係每格20g...好難睇..要靠佑....之後又發現同事舊cheese有變冰0既情況...不過好彩...當佢同0的努一齊隔水座時...冇哂粒粒....咁都好0的.....之後將0的蛋白霜同0的芝士mix時..我比同事mix....佢起初攪得比較大力...所以蛋白0既空氣有少少消失..不過後尾提左佢..咁又ok..到入爐.....個蛋糕入左5分鐘..我見佢都冇咩野反應..跟住先發現原來個爐冇開上發熱線..所以開番佢...但又發現佢上發熱線溫度好高....開左一陣個蛋糕面就即刻上哂色..所以放左錫紙面.....而且有0的擔心...所以我部左0係舍爐前面睇住個蛋糕..起初見佢好似唔識發...不過好彩..佢最後都發得唔錯...... 但由於自己趕時間...所以心急左....個蛋糕未涼我就好快幫佢脫模...所以唔係好靚..不過之後聽同事講番...個蛋糕涼左之後縮左少少......成個靚左好多..咁都好0的....
~~生日雪芳蛋糕...~~
同事0既囝囝同老公生日....同事話想我教佢整日式芝士蛋糕同蜂蜜雪芳蛋糕比佢地做生日蛋糕....但由於今日佢有野做..而我今日要返night,所以我只好幫佢整住先...第日先再教佢整......但尋晚..佢打比我..話唔使整...佢第日先同囝囝同老公慶祝生日..叫我唔需要整....但我已買左士多啤梨..準備裝飾兩個蛋糕....佢聽倒之後..問囝囝....佢囝囝話想食原味雪芳蛋糕.....所以...我今日就整左一原味雪芳...但...今日可能唔夠訓....焗到失準.....個底有少少"火農".....個邊又巢..呀....好唔靚呀....見倒個蛋糕...都唔知比咩野反應自己.....打比同事..問佢轉食日式cheese cake好唔好...佢話唔緊要..叫我唔好再整....唔好攪到自己咁辛苦.....但我又唔甘心..所以再焗多一次...今次好靚...但自己多手..放涼時想移佢....就係咁..比我整爛左...呀....天呀...我即時呆左...唯有努力咁繼續deocorate第一個蛋糕....deocorate完...始終都係唔好滿意..有0的唔開心.....
~~芒果同樂日...繼續試新野...~~
前幾日見倒0的芒果好平...好所忍唔住買左一份..$10有5個..好低呀....放左0係雪櫃幾日....都唔知整咩野好.....今日打開雪櫃..終於的起心肝.....整左芒果布甸...hehe......由於起左肉....舊芒果心仲有好多肉.....所以就渣左0的汁出黎....放左0係一邊....諗住放埋去整布甸.....但起哂肉..之後有0的奇想...就係用0的汁黎試下整雪芳....哈哈..... 整完芒果布甸...就起手整芒果雪芳.....用亞貓原味雪芳0既recipe..將奶轉用芒果汁..再加左一茶匙芒果香油......出黎都好軟...但就冇咩野芒果味......下次再研究過先...hehe....
~~物盡其用......~~
今日又"病假".....留左0係屋企....邊度都唔想去....咩野都唔多想做....但發現....整得野食多.....打開雪櫃..發現樣樣都用剩0的........同埋之前買左兩杯藍梅乳酪..所以唔理啦..用埋佢.....自己傻傻下咁將0的野mix埋一齊..先溶左1.5湯匙0既魚膠粉.....用左兩杯藍梅乳酪、100ml淡忌廉打企身、一100ml鮮奶....同埋唔知多g...將1.5湯匙0的藍梅醬....加左3湯匙糖....mix埋一齊......最後加埋魚膠水..整左一兜唔知咩野名堂0既野....食落似mousses....味道唔錯....如果魚膠粉多少少會仲正..哈哈.....

星期日細佬話想整cookies比人....問我星期日返工返幾多點......原先係返1:30pm..但我調左更..返10:00am.....但見佢想整...所以今早就6:50am起身..同佢一齊整...整完先返工.....hehe...過程好順利啦.....因為佢之前(n年前,聽聞係最後一屆)有讀過西餅烘焗果程.....所以對0的步驟唔會陌生啦....hehe.....只係用唧槍用得唔係好慣...坦白講..我都用左唔係好多次..所以我都唔見得好好啦....hehe....焗0既時候..佢就有0的緊張.....驚0的cookies"火農"....不過好彩..冇咩野事..係其中一盆..佢因為掛住同我講野...所以焗到黑左少少..哈哈.....佢即時唔開心...話見到0的黑人曲奇覺得好樣衰......我叫佢食左佢..佢又話唔好..哈哈....0的曲奇....0係我返工之前整好哂..yeah..... 之後我返工......星期日午餐係冬菇碎肉銀針粉...同同事傾開話自己同男朋友包左0的餃子...同事聽完次後...就話要包餃子..用左今日我地午餐0既材料去包..仲買左中芹、莞茜、津白去包.......hehe...有兩位同事唔識包架..我又做教佢地包果個...但我0既手法唔多正宗...攪到佢地學唔倒..哈哈......不過個餡真係好香..好好食呀...hehe....
